It's really really hard to state just how beautiful and amazing some of these places are.
For example, over the town of Nenagh is really great to see the country side and be quiet too, i love the fact that if it looks like a great view then most of the time tends to be a park or sitting area just to gaze over it all.
Limerick is a city about an hour away from Nenagh that features an 13th century castle within the city called King John's castle. The city itself is pretty and much to explore, its easy to just walk around for a few hours and soak it all in and find the many allyways filled wth shops and bars, also in my opinion its one of the cleaner ones too without all the road side garbage or smoke butts everywhere and even dog poo is hafd to find as that tends to be everywhere -_-
We are starting to find that most places and shops, no matter the town or city, don't open till much later in the morning, but starbucks is everywhere, same with burger king and maccas, they open around 8 so nom nom nom and meh coffee.
Getting around from town to town the easiest way is via bus, most things are about 2 ish hours away bit free wifi on board, when it works, and only costs a few euro to go, also takes you pretty much center of towns anyway.
The best thing we have seen so far and a must see for all, is Killarney and the National park, located in the southwest of Ireland, the park itself is massive, 102km square.
It is incredible this place, we walked for about 8 hours non stop and still haven't seen all of it, waterfalls, lakes, castle tower near the middle of the lake area, copper mine area that turns the water green/ cyan, and many many deers too, i had my big camera today and don't think i have taken enough photos of this place, even at one point as we were exploring the waterfall area, we had a small bird come out of the bushs and stand infront of us while i was taking photos, sorta posing and all. Even though its been light raining all day and cold as, its been incredible to explore the national park. ( AND ITS FREE)
It probably pays to have a car in this country but im sorta glad our plans fell through to hire one because its been great to bus it, walk it or travel with friends that know these places and truely see all these places and towns and not to be just driving past them on the motorways or through the countryside and parks.
